Dee Ann was the first female officer and former Vice President of talent and human resources for Chick-Fil-A, but after retirement, her career did not stop there. 

Dee Ann is currently an author, as well as, a speaker and consultant to many around the world helping them figure out how to retain talent and the culture that cares about organizations and companies. 

Dee Ann and I had the opportunity to dive into the importance of culture, taking care of your people, and how you can build a great company on a strong foundation. Dee Ann tells us times she has needed to find talented employees, how she responded to previous recessions, advice on building relationships within your company, and so much more.
