The other day my client said, “I love working with you because we actually get work done.”

Shocked, my immediate thought was…. “Are there other coaches who don’t?”

As I’ve observed the coaching industry, I’ve realized there are actually 3 models that get lumped under ‘Coaching’

—> The Mentor

—> The Cheerleader

—> The (actual) Coach

Unfortunately, many who want to grow their business THINK they are hiring a Coach, when they are actually hiring a Mentor or a Cheerleader.
