Hey, CEOs! This week on The Part-Time CEO podcast, you’ll join in on a coaching call with Sarah Nolan, owner of Vibrant Life Natural Healing. Sarah helps business owners identify and uproot sources of stress, helping them be rejuvenated to live their lives more fully. Through this process, her clients are able to sleep better, lose weight more easily, and find relief from headaches and migraines. Sarah offers three different levels to her program, and has recently been expanding her offer, and giving an incredible discount for clients interested in joining for a trial period.
”If people have lifetime access to a program, they aren’t going to be in a hurry to make an additional investment… there needs to be a time limit.”
Sarah’s main goal for our conversation was to strategize a way to increase enrollment and retention in her Miracle 90 Program. Her primary pain point was her clients’ inability to provide the initial investment needed for the program. This led to the introduction of a trial period. We discovered some adjustments that could be made to enhance client experience and help ensure that clients who joined the program would move forward in the process, instead of settling for less than the full potential of the Miracle 90.
“The moment a trial client comes into the program, there should be a follow up call scheduled for a fixed date.”
We assess each portion of Sarah’s program, making adjustments necessary to help increase client retention, and ensure that clients will progress to the higher ticket offers that give greater value to the clients.
